Church History

Here at Covenant Restoring Ministries - Memphis, God planted the Pastoral seed in us, September 2002 at a Sunday night Worship Service in South Memphis at I Am God Ministries.

We began with prayer asking God for direction as to the vision and name of this ministry.

  Covenant Restoring Ministries

• The Vision:

  Minister to his people who wanted to be completely restored back to HIM.

On January 12th, 2004 Covenant Restoring Ministries - Memphis began to have Tuesday evening Bible Studay in our home

On June 20th, 2004 we were released by our Pastor into the ministry that God had ordained for us.

On August 1st, 2004 we had our first Sunday Woeship at home. In September of 2004 God led us to Unity Church of Memphis where we leased the small sanctuary for our Sunday Morning worship services and our Tuesday evening Bible Study.

In January of 2006, God gegan to plant the seed in us concerning the area of South Memphis. Our hearts were drawn to this area and we began to look for a building to lease or purchase for our worship services. We leased the facility at 1048 Bellevue and began to have an 11 A.M. service in addition to our 8:30 A.M. worship service.

In May of 2006 God moved and open the doors for us to purchase our current facility located at 691 E. McLemore in the heart of South Memphis, and that He has allowed us to acuire additional property adjacent to our current worship center. In November 2017 we paid off the mortgage, 5 years early. LOOK AT GOD!

We are now in the planning stages of our new Worship Center that will be built on our current site.

We know in our hearts that God is not through yet for we know "The Best Is Yet To Come!.
